Due to the dynamic growth we decided to move PageGroup in Warsaw to a new headquarters.
We wanted a modern, high-class building in a well-connected location. That is why we chose Varso Tower, a multifunctional place designed in line with sustainable development principles, which fits perfectly into the urban fabric. I am certain that the new office, adapted to the employees' needs and conducive to productive collaboration will effectively foster our team's continued development,
said Radosław Szafrański, Managing Director, Country Head of PageGroup Poland.
Varso Tower is part of a mixed-use place developed by HB Reavis, which includes offices, a hotel, an innovation centre and retail with restaurants, a fitness club and a medical centre. The whole development turned the once neglected area into one of the new symbols of Warsaw.
We are glad that the offices in Varso Tower are already serving its first users well,
and that more tenants decide to move into our building. With a view to attracting talented staff and maintaining motivated teams, we have designed a friendly work environment distinguished by the care for the comfort and health of employees. All the more we appreciate the decision to relocate by the market leader of the recruitment services, whose experienced consultants will now advise employers and candidates on their teams and careers from Varso Tower,
added Karol Wyka, Country Leasing Director at HB Reavis Poland.
Designed by the Foster + Partners studio, this tallest skyscraper in the European Union is distinguished by its slender shape and the wide use of sustainable development solutions. Location in the immediate vicinity of the Central Railway Station provides excellent access to all means of public transport.
City Center and the Central Business District are the zones that enjoy the greatest interest in Warsaw from tenants looking for offices.
The excellent location of Varso Tower, numerous sustainability and technological solutions it provides, and the title of the tallest building in the European Union are the advantages that make it an important landmark on the office map of the capital and in the city skyline. All this means that more prestigious companies are locating their headquarters here, as exemplified by Michael Page Poland,
commented Kamila Barabasz, Associate Director in the Office Agency at Colliers.
Varso Tower's tenants also include cloud-service provider Box, law firms CMS and Greenberg Traurig, SAP software provider, confidential tenant from the clothing industry and Transition Technologies MS. On the ground floor, guests of the building can enjoy the Green Caffè Nero offer.
