AFI Europe Poland to lease office space at Varso Tower

HB Reavis, an international workspace provider, has signed a lease agreement with AFI Europe Poland. The Polish branch of the investor focused on residential and commercial developments will occupy nearly 730 sqm. of office space in Varso Tower. The client will move into the 30th floor of the skyscraper designed with care for the comfort and health of users.

AFI Europe is an international investor and developer with operations in several major cities in Central and Eastern Europe. The diversified portfolio includes office, retail, residential and mixed-use projects. In addition, the company is developing a new brand, AFI Home. Properties under this brand include flats and apartments for long-term rental. AFI Europe started its operations in Poland in 2001 and is part of a group listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The tenant will move into the new office in Varso Tower at the end of the year.


Varso Tower offers state-of-the-art working environment that supports the well-being and growth in line with ESG criteria. Designed by the Foster + Partners studio, this tallest skyscraper in the European Union is distinguished by its slender shape, the wide use of sustainable development solutions, and greenery that is an important part of it. Dozens of trees have been planted around the building, on the terraces and in the spacious lobby, which is also decorated with a hand-made ceramic mosaic.


Varso Tower is part of a mixed-use place developed by HB Reavis, which includes offices, a hotel, an innovation centre and retail with restaurants, a fitness club and a medical centre. The whole development turned the once neglected area into one of the new symbols of Warsaw. Its central location offers many amenities within easy reach and the immediate vicinity of the Central Railway Station provides excellent access to all means of public transport.


More than 70% of all office space available in Varso Tower has already been leased. Current tenants include cloud-service provider Box, law firms CMS and Greenberg Traurig, private equity firm Enterprise Investors, SAP software provider, PageGroup recruitment consultants, Inditex and Transition Technologies MS, as well as Green Caffè Nero on the ground floor.
