Tenants in the mixed-use buildings Varso 1 and 2 located in central Warsaw, soon to be followed by Varso Tower and the Forest office campus, can now use our mobile app, More by HB Reavis. It is an intuitive and handy source of information on amenities available on site, doubling as a virtual access card for more seamless use of the common areas and the car park, enabling users to search for and book a parking space, share it with co-workers or pay for visitor parking.
After a simple registration process, More by HB Reavis users can browse the app for restaurants, services and events offered in the building as well as order a concierge service, which includes laundry service, car washing, minor repairs and deliveries. Secure payments in the app are handled by our trusted payment service providers.
Office buildings are still alive
Tenants in our buildings could always count on a packed programme of events tailored to match employees’ preferences, from food and healthy lifestyle events, private views, concerts and film screenings to important community initiatives. Despite the challenges brought by the pandemic, our management team continued its efforts in this regard.
While reduced interactions and social distancing guidelines have brought on some difficulties,
we carry on holding events in a contactless format. In one of the buildings until recently owned by HB Reavis, we teamed up with the tenant to organise an e-waste collection drive and give away a thousand saplings to celebrate Arbour Day. We also continue to expand our employee activity programme at Varso Place,

In autumn and winter, employees of companies operating in Varso Place could take a guided walking tour to discover the history of that part of Warsaw as well as enjoy art exhibitions in the lobby of the buildings and even display their art. We also held several online events, including workshops on how to make a forest in a jar and scented candles as well as classes on how to keep a healthy spine.
The More by HB Reavis app is constantly updated to include new amenities and attractions in Varso Place. It is available for download in the App Store and Google Play and can also be accessed from any device via a web browser.
