Varso place community grows bigger, with half of the space already occupied

November 06, 2019

In spring 2020, two of three Varso Place buildings developed near the Warsaw Central Station will spring to life. The mixed-use offer of the development has just been recognised by three more companies that decided to move here.

The latest clients of HB Reavis that chose workspaces at Varso Place include Nvidia, Yves Rocher and Workday Poland. Their employees will use offices with a total area of over 4,500 sqm, joining a Varso Place community of tenants such as Cambridge Innovation Center or Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.

The almost fully-leased Varso 1 and Varso 2 buildings (a total of 75,000 sqm) will also be home to Poland’s first four-star NYX hotel, a Zdrofit fitness club and a PZU Zdrowie health centre. The ground floor also sees the rise of a shopping arcade with a wide range of bars and restaurants (including Nutrimind Group, Menya Musashi, Karmello, Salad Story, Vincent and Wrap Me) as well as shops and services (including Nail Spa, Sun Way Travel and the Wiek exchange office).
