Varso place will accommodate NYX hotel by Leonardo Hotels

November 05, 2018

Warsaw attracts more than 10 million tourists and business visitors every year. In less than two years, some of them will be staying at the NYX Hotel in Varso Place which they will be able to easily access from both the Warsaw Central Station and Warsaw Chopin Airport. In line with the NYX Hotels brand philosophy, the four-star hotel will offer its guests not only 331 stylishly decorated rooms, but also a range of opportunities to relax surrounded by art, music and design.

The first NYX Hotel in Poland will open in 2020 in the middle of the three Varso Place buildings developed by HB Reavis at the intersection of al. Jana Pawła II and ul. Chmielna. It will occupy almost 20,000 sqm of space on fifteen floors. The NYX Hotel will be a great addition to the Varso Place mixed-use offer, making this 144,000 sqm development even more comfortable for business users, a truly all-in-one experience. Visitors will also be able to enjoy an observation deck at 230m above ground, a signature restaurant and a bar on the top of the nearby Varso Tower, one of the tallest buildings in Europe.

Varso Place will be an excellent base for independent travellers exploring Warsaw on foot and by public transport. Directly connected to the Central Station and situated within a five-minute walk of the nearest metro station, the hotel’s guests will enjoy easy access to the best local sights and attractions, as well as to the international airports in Warsaw and Modlin.

The NYX Hotels brand, named after the Greek goddess of the night, stands for a new generation of hotels. Individuality, creativity, culture and networking are crucial components of the concept. NYX hotels are sites for unorthodox lifestyles, which, with a mix of art, design and music, invite you to take the plunge into another world. In line with the motto “stay with us,” guests are given room for individual development in a dynamic environment. Part of the Leonardo Hotels chain, NYX Hotels already operate in Milan, Madrid, Prague, Munich, Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, and other attractive locations will soon follow.

During the hotel operator search process, HB Reavis consulted experts from Cushman & Wakefield. While in the process of lease agreement negotiations with the Leonardo Hotels chain, HB Reavis was assisted by Hotel Professionals, the advisor to HB Reavis in the initial phase of the hotel investment.
