Atlas Ward Polska is the latest tenant to move into Varso Tower
Varso Tower, an office building developed and managed by HB Reavis, has secured Atlas Ward Polska as its latest tenant. The Warsaw branch of the Wrocław-based general contractor will occupy the 29th floor of this prestigious building. Atlas Ward employees are set to move into their new office in June 2024.
Atlas Ward Polska is a leading general contractor for logistics and industrial developments in Poland. In its nearly 25-year history, the company has completed close to 800 buildings with a total area of more than 5 million sqm. Atlas Ward Polska is also a BREEAM certification body and a member of the Polish Green Building Council (PLGBC).

Varso Tower offers a total of 70,000 sqm of high-end office space that supports employee wellbeing and is aligned with the latest ESG trends. Designed by Foster + Partners, the tallest skyscraper in the European Union was created with health and inclusivity in mind, as evidenced by its WELL certificate and Bareer-Free Building status. The building was also given the highest score in the BREEAM certification system, reflecting its low energy demand. The designers also thought about the common space, planting dozens of trees around the building, on the roof, and in the spacious lobby decorated with a handmade mosaic.
Varso Tower tenants include the cloud service provider Box, law firms CMS and Greenberg Traurig, private equity firm Enterprise Investors, software provider SAP, recruitment firm PageGroup, NCBiR, architectural studio Foster + Partners, Inditex Group, as well as companies such as AFI Europe and Transition Technologies MS and Green Caffè Nero, available on the ground floor.
The skyscraper is part of a mixed-use place developed by HB Reavis that includes offices, a hotel, an innovation hub, restaurants, a fitness club, and a health centre. The development has transformed a once-neglected area into one of the new landmarks of Warsaw. Its central location ensures many amenities within easy reach and excellent access to public transport.
