The skyscraper is part of a mixed-use place developed by HB Reavis that includes offices, a hotel, an innovation hub, restaurants, a fitness club, and a health centre. The award-winning project has transformed a once-neglected area in one of the new symbols of Warsaw. Its central location ensures many amenities within easy reach and excellent access to public transport. The buildings were also given the highest score in the BREEAM certification system, reflecting their low energy demand. The designers also thought about the public space, planting dozens of trees around the tower, on the roof, and in the spacious lobby decorated with a handmade mosaic.
