Varso Tower welcomes elite law firm Greenberg Traurig
HB Reavis, an international workspace provider, has agreed to a 10-year leasing deal with Greenberg Traurig for a 5,000 sq m workspace in brand-new Varso Tower. The contract with the international law firm proves businesses are eager to move forward with their workspace strategies despite the challenging times.
Greenberg Traurig is a leading international multi-practice law firm with approximately 2200 attorneys serving clients from 40 offices across the United States, Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. For the last 30 years, the firm’s Warsaw team has advised on the largest and most complex transactions executed in Poland and CEE and continues to support its clients with a team of approximately 100 attorneys. Greenberg Traurig is the 2021 IFLR Polish Firm of the Year, the 2021 Euromoney LMG “Women in Business Law Awards 2021 Europe” Polish Law Firm of the Year and the current Mergermarket leader in Poland and CEE with this year’s value of M&A transactions exceeding USD 5 billion.
The new state-of-the-art offices will span 3 floors – level 31 – 33 - of Varso Tower. The relocation is scheduled for autumn 2022.
Scheduled to be completed in spring 2022, the skyscraper is clad in a 4 m tall glass curtain wall that filters an abundance of natural light onto the wide office floor plates. Varso Tower also holds the highest BREEAM and WELL certifications, proving its impressive energy-saving, safety and comfort credentials and making it one of the country’s greenest buildings.
The tallest structure in the EU, Varso Tower was designed by Foster + Partners, a global studio renowned for pioneering design. Apart from offices, the tower will feature two public observation decks – one twice as high as the viewing platform at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw – and a signature restaurant and bar with skyline views.
Varso Tower is the final showpiece of Varso Place, a mixed-use development by HB Reavis consisting of offices, a hotel, an innovation hub and retail situated in the heart of Warsaw. Its close proximity to Warsaw Central Station provides excellent access to several dozen public transport options within just a few minutes' walk.
