Alioth Group will move to Varso Tower
The Alioth Group will join the list of business tenants in the tallest skyscraper in the capital city of Poland. The company will occupy part of the space on the 44th floor of Varso Tower. The tenant was represented by ITRA Poland during the lease negotiation process.
The Alioth Group is a consortium of industrial and technology companies, formed by a team of experts with extensive experience in developing and implementing dedicated defense solutions. The group also includes the Alioth Foundation, which aims to raise public awareness about security and support the development of a strategic culture in Poland.

The Alioth Group's move to Varso Tower is planned for spring 2025.

Varso Tower is part of the Varso Place complex, which includes offices, a hotel, an innovation centre, and a retail and dining passage. The 310-meter skyscraper offers 70,000 sqm of premium office space. The building is distinguished by energy-efficient solutions that enhance the health and comfort of its users, as confirmed by BREEAM and WELL certifications. An important feature is also the building’s public space, including a green lobby and an original wall mosaic.
